Best manufacturer in 2018
The famous trade journal of the sporting goods industry SAZ Sport selects “The Best of the Sports Industry” every year. Therefore the SAZ asked 2.400 sport retailers to evaluate their suppliers in the categories Fitness/Fun- and Actionsports, Outdoor/Watersports, Running, Teamsports and Wintersports. There Schildkröt, distributed by MTS Sport in Wolfratshausen, was selected as best supplier in the category Fitness/Fun- and Actionsports in Germany!
Not only that Schildkröt have beaten their own performance with last year’s grade of 2,45 to a 2,01, they also left big names like Puma, Under Armour and Blackroll behind them. Monique Ruscher from Sport Ruscher in Großenhain just finds praising words for Schildkröt Fitness: “Great, innovative products, competent sales force and a fair margin.” Best evaluated was the outstanding service by Schildkröt with a grade of 1,65. But products, margin /conditions and behaviour in partnership were at least ranked on the second place.
With this award Schildkröt – MTS finds itself in impressing company. The best supplier for the category Outdoor was the famous backpack producer Deuter and for the category Wintersports ski producer Fischer got the first place.
Schildkröt – MTS like to thank the SAZ Sport and all retailers for the fantastic award. The whole MTS- team is motivated and is looking to achieve another good placement but especially improve their own performance again.
