Schildkröt with a new brand appearance for 2020

7 years after the market launch, the traditional German brand completely renewed its brand presence in its fitness segment and presented a new, dynamic and appealing packaging concept for 2020. The new look adapts perfectly to current trends and market conditions. In the course of the comprehensive brand relaunch, Schildkröt was able to win Arnd Peiffer, the currently most successful German biathlete, as a new brand ambassador. The Bavarian by choice, Peiffer, looks back on many medals, Olympic victories (including Olympic gold in the 10 km sprint 2018 in Pyeongchang) and world championship titles. The reigning world champion was also awarded the Golden Ski for his achievements in the 2018/19 season, which is considered the highest award among German ski athletes.

The topic of sustainability was also high on the agenda at the Schildkröt Fitnessrelaunch: all blister packaging used to date is a thing of the past and is beingreplaced by cardboard packaging, so that the new packaging concept does notrequire plastic. The new packaging will be introduced successively from February 2020.

In addition to the new packaging concept and special advertising projects, anextensive online presence with new exercise videos and extensive training tipsis planned, naturally presented by Arnd Peiffer.
