Push-Up Multitrainer

The Push-Up Multi Trainer was developped for muscle building in the push-up position. An innovative plug-in system and a special color code allow particularly beginners to get started quickly with the training. The anti-slip handles are placed into the predetermined positions on the board. This guide assistance reduces the risk of injury and misuse. 10 different handle positions enable  shoulder, chest, back and triceps muscles training. Incl. adhesive anti-slip pads.
